I started to train with Erik in 2019 with the goal of increasing my strength and improving my form. I remember that just within a couple weeks, I noticed significant improvements in strength that I was even surprised myself. It is always great to train with Erik since he makes the workout fun but still maintain great professionalism with great structure for us to follow. Recently ran a Spartan race and noticed great improvements on my performance and they are all credited to Erik's training regime and his support on my goals. Highly reccomend!

After going to physical therapist, chiropractors, and massage therapists I had almost given up on being active and resolved myself to chronic pain. I got Erik's s info from a friend; from the first meeting I realized that Eriks approach was different from any thing I had experienced in last few years. After a year of training, I would say I am almost pain free and I have better mobility than I have had in 20 years.
