It's My First Time Coming In
What does my evaluation session look like?
Our evaluation sessions include mobility tests, stability tests, joint range of motion assessments, basic fitness assessments, and body composition testing. Our evaluation is not an extremely intense workout, but a calculated measurement of where you are at.
What are your prices?
Pricing is determined by how often you participate in sessions each week. We are committed to offering extensive support beyond 1-3 hours weekly. Our memberships follow a 4-week (28 day) rolling structure, with charges occurring every 4 weeks based on your selected sessions/week.
Is my evaluation session free?
Yes! This $149 Session is absolutely free if you sign up for any one of our membership options. We can't wait to meet you.
1-on-1 Personal Training
How long are personal training sessions?
Our sessions are 60 minutes long. If you need a different time frame please reach out to us.
What does a typical training session look like?
Your session will depend on your goal, but most of our sessions are structured as such:
- 5-7 minute primer / mobility to get you ready for that day's lifts, to increase active range of motion, and to reduce risk of injury.
- 45-50 minutes of weight lifting and/or endurance training based on your specific goals and needs determined in the evaluation session.
- 3-5 min static stretching cool-down or breath-work to get the body calmed down after your workout.
What education level do the trainers have?
All of our trainers are certified and experienced in fitness and training.
Do you help with nutrition?
We do provide nutritional support. Some of our trainers are nutritionist certified. Our goal is to help you improve your habits and knowledge around nutrition rather than hand out direct meal-plans.
What if I have an injury?
One of our biggest strengths is the ability to help you train around pain-points or injury. By building up the muscles surrounding certain injuries we are almost always able to quicken the process of healing and avoid losing any fitness gains you have already made. If necessary and with your consent, we can communicate with the physical therapist, chiropractor, or doctor you are working with to understand the situation of your current injury.
Hybrid Training
How is hybrid training different from regular in-person training?
Personal Training: Working out in our facility with your trainer.
Online Training: We create a Workout Plan for you to do by yourself at the gym of your choice. Monthly coaching calls to assist.
Hybrid Training: Online + Personal Training. This is the best of both worlds by working with a trainer in our facility AND having them create a plan on our app for you to do workouts and cardio outside of your in-person time slots.
How do I access my online workouts?
The app we use is called Everfit.io, a highly customizable fitness platform with all the features that help you reach your goals.
- Workouts: We can schedule workouts for specific days on your calendar, allowing us to track the weights and reps for each exercise. Each exercise also includes instructional videos to ensure you perform them correctly.
- Nutrition: We can input your nutrition and macronutrient goals into the app, which you can track through MyFitnessPal or directly within Everfit. This information is displayed on a chart to help us monitor your consistency with nutrition.
- Habits: We can set habit goals for you, enabling you to track your adherence to these new routines.
- Direct Messaging: You can easily contact your trainer through the app, providing you with more access and support than traditional personal training alone.
- Fitness Devices: The app integrates with devices like Apple Watch, FitBit, and Garmin to track your steps and other data points for our use.

Should I do hybrid personal training or stick with only in-person training?
We can help you determine which option is best for you. In many cases, depending on fitness experience, clients will begin with in-person training and then move onto hybrid training to increase their frequency of workouts without drastically increasing their expense. Hybrid training and online training require a certain amount of experience with proper technique.
Do I have to complete my online workouts at your studio?
This is an option, but is not entirely necessary. We can adjust your workouts to be completed at other commercial gyms, in hotel rooms, at-home, or anywhere else you might need.
